Hi, I’m Katina Washington — and I’m stepping boldly into a brand-new chapter of my life.  After over a decade of serving as the Founder/Executive Director of SHE. Event Indy Co., I took intentional time away… my own personal hermit season, a safe haven where I could retreat, reset, and reconnect with the parts of myself I had tucked away while leading and serving others.

And now, I’m emerging refreshed, renewed, and reshaped.

During that quiet, sacred space, I rediscovered the dreams and desires I once set aside to pour into SHE., and I’ve decided it’s time to honor them fully. 

This moment isn’t about stepping down — it’s about rising up. It’s about answering a deeper calling, embracing my creativity, and walking in alignment with who I’ve become.

I am excited, grateful, and ready to move into this next season with clarity, courage, and joy.
